fewwords1Our emotional and physical bodies use distress and dis-ease to get our attention, to signal forcefully that something is out of balance. Feelings of crisis, inadequacy, depression and anxiety are messages from our souls, asking us to look deeper into ourselves. Psychotherapy is a path to compassionate exploration and examination of life stories and beliefs, current life crisis, reoccurring life themes and relationship patterns.
